I’m Chris. I build Welcome Home and its companion site, Your Pet’s Health Log. I’ve had pets of my own, and I build practical tools that take some of the stress out of everyday jobs.

Why these checklists exist

The first days with a new pet are busy. These free checklists put the first week, the supply list, the first vet visit and a home safety pass on one page each, for dogs, cats, rabbits and guinea pigs, and birds. Tick them off on your phone or print them for the fridge.

What this site is, and is not

I am not a veterinarian. The checklists are general starting points for getting organized and asking better questions. They do not diagnose anything or recommend medicines or doses. For diet, medication or any health worry, ask a vet who works with your pet’s species.

Free, with no account

There is no account, no email signup and no tracking or advertising script. Anything you tick off stays in your own browser. If a checklist helped, you can buy me a coffee, which is completely optional.
